Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping is within the contiguous United States only.

To make buying from us simple, shipping and handling within the contiguous U.S. (UPS ground or common carrier) is specified on order form. Please contact customer service for Alaska, Hawaii and International shipping costs. If you need faster delivery, you can arrange for overnight or second day delivery. Contact customer service for more information and costs. All products are ready to ship within 24 hours of your order. Once your order is placed, confirmation is e-mailed to you.

Privacy & Security

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we do not sell it to others. Name, address, phone number, customer number, and credit card information are used to ship and bill orders and for future marketing purposes. In addition, phone number and customer number are used in case there is a problem with your order and customer service needs to contact you. If you provide us with your e-mail address, you may receive periodic e-mail promotions and special offers.

Returns & Replacements

We believe you will be very pleased with our products. We understand, however, that it can be difficult to shop from a computer screen. To make it easier, we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase, return it to us and we will promptly refund your money (excluding shipping and handling charges) or exchange it for something else.
Simply follow the instructions below:

1. Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning the product.

2. Products must be in original condition and repackaged properly, in the original packaging. Products not in their original condition will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

3.Your return must be shipped prepaid and insured.
  • Your return authorization number must be indicated on the outside of the package.

    4. Assist us by including the packing slip, and by indicating the reason for your return on the back of the packing slip.

    Please understand that returns must be postmarked within seven days from the delivery date. If the error is ours, we will pay for all shipping costs.

    You may also purchase via PayPal, using the PayPal checkout button.

    Credit card orders ship within 48 hours. Check orders ship after ten business days.
